DescriptionLocationCancellation Policy (GPBOR Course #100) 3-hour core RI real estate CEU’s approved by the RI Department of Business Regulation; Offered by the Greater Providence Board of REALTORS®, a certified school. Instructor: Stephen Antoni. This course will cover business ethics, including the Code of Ethics of the National Association of REALTORS®, duties to the public and other licensees so to elevate professionalism. All REALTOR® members are required to complete ethics training of not less than 2 hours, 30 minutes of instructional time within two-year cycles. This training is a requirement of membership in the REALTOR® ASSOCIATION. There is no grandfathering provision and no exemption for Appraisers or Attorneys who hold REALTOR® membership. The current 6th biennial (2-year cycle) is 1/1/19—12/31/20. Students must stay for the entire duration of the course in order to receive CEU's, so please arrive on time.
