REALTOR® CODE OF ETHICS
REALTOR® members need to complete a REALTOR® Code of Ethics course every three years on a specific three-year cycle. We are currently in the 7th Triennial Cycle which runs from 1/1/2022 –12/31/2024.

Effective 1/1/2022, only REALTOR® Code of Ethics classes offered by your local Association, the State Association, the National Association or through certified schools with the RI Department of Buiness Regulation applied classes will be accepted for this membership obligation.   The 7schools with applied classes are Ambiview, CE Shop, Keep Me Certified, McKissock, Real Estate Nexus Training Academy, RI School of Real Estate, The Training Cove

Options to complete the Code of Ethics include:
- Online with The CE Shop. Select any of the classes marked “NAR Ethics”
- Online with the National Association of REALTORS®. Free (no CEU credits) and Paid (3CEU credits) class options
- Online with the Rhode Island Association of REALTORS®
- Live Zoom & In-Person Classes with the Greater Providence Board of REALTORS®
- REALTOR® Commitment to Excellence (C2EX) – Members who complete or renew the C2EX endorsement during the 7th Triennial, will satisfy the Code of Ethics training requirement.
